These Terms of Use sets out the legally binding terms of services available on the Website as well as at the terms of use of this Website. These Terms of Use along with the Privacy Policy extends to both users, who visit the Website but do not transact business on the Website (“Users / Guests”) as well as users who are registered with by the Website to transact business on the Website (“Members”). We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Website or the Services offered by us for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use so that you will be apprised of changes, if any. Nothing in these Terms of Use should be construed to confer any rights to third party beneficiaries.

Our Promise

This Website provides access to trading, pricing, news and other information services related to diamonds, precious gems and jewellery. Certain Services available on this Website are for the use of Members only. Please note that some of the terms under these Terms of Use, differ for purchases for personal consumption and for investment purposes. This Website offers services for Members who wish to purchase diamonds / jewellery for personal consumption, inclusive of, customized and readymade Jewellery. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. We shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.

Refund Policy for Gold & Diamond Jewellery

Refunds within 3 days of receiving the product will be accepted by issuing a 100% credit note deducting the handling charges. The refund policy will be accepted only if the return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product and is shipped back to us within 3 days after raising the request.

• Refund will only be accepted if the product is resealed and placed in its original packaging before it is shipped back to us. 
• Refund will be issued only as a store credit note that can be redeemed in full within 90 days from the date of issue.
• The store credit will be in the form of a coupon code that can be applied before your next purchase to avail of the discount. The coupon code will be sent via the email mentioned at the time of purchase.
• The coupon code must be redeemed in full in a single purchase only.
• The return of the product will only be accepted with its product certificate and invoice. If either of them is not presented, it will result in a deduction of some amount depending on the product.
• The product must be returned with its tag intact, without which the refund could be rejected or subjected to different conditions.
• This refund policy does not apply to customized ornaments, gemstones, and gift cards/gift vouchers.
• This refund policy will be applicable only based on our quality inspection. If the product is found to have been worn or tampered with, there will be further deductions in the refund amount subject to the discretion of us.
• All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Before you return the product purchased from us, please take a moment to understand how our products are made and our return policy.

Refund Policy for Silver Jewellery

• As a policy we do not provide returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. However, in an off-chance that you have received a defected product or damaged in transit,  as a first option we will repair the piece and ship it back to you. Email us at anunijewels@gmail.com within 48 hoursof receipt of the package. We do not have pick up facility for returns. Return address will be emailed to you
• All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange And Buyback Policy

For Gold & Diamond Jewellery

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy on all gold and diamond purchases made from us only. The product along with the original product certificate can be returned or exchanged at 90% of the diamond value and 100% of the current market value of gold with deductions towards making charges and taxes and no value for the gemstones.

This means your product’s current value of the metal, diamonds and coloured stones, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price listed on this website. 

For Silver Jewellery

We do not offer any exchange and/or buyback on Silver Jewellery.

Lifetime Exchange

The product can only be exchanged at our stores. A credit note will be issued for the value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts. This credit note remains valid for 90 days and can be used to purchase anything from our store. The value cannot be encashed. 

Lifetime Buyback Policy

If you choose to return the product, we will refund 80% of the diamond value, 100% of the gold value with deductions towards making charges and taxes and no refund for the value of the gemstones. Refunds will be made via online bank transfer within 10 to 12 days of receipt of the product. The product must be returned at any of our stores.

Cancellation Policy

You can only cancel the product that you have ordered within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, there is no option of cancellation and you could resort to refund policy after receiving your order. 

Important Note: All packages shipped to our customers are insured by our delivery partner. In cases of missing parcels, you can reach out to us, however ‘Anuni Jewels’ or we do not take responsibility for goods damaged or missing from the sealed box in transit.
